Binding Agreement

By creating an account on 6v999, or by accessing or using any feature, game, or service available through the 6v999 platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and fully understood these Terms; (b) you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them; and (c) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

These Terms apply to all users of the 6v999 platform regardless of whether they have created a registered account. Certain features of the platform — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — are available only to registered account holders who have completed identity verification. Accessing the platform without registration does not exempt a user from these Terms.

Who May Use 6v999

To register and use a 6v999 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains open:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 6v999 operates a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification checks during the KYC process.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or entity, and you are not acting as an agent for a third party.
• You have only one existing 6v999 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — including accounts under different names or mobile numbers — is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law, and you are not accessing the platform from a restricted territory.

Registration and Verification

To register a 6v999 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before your first withdrawal. 6v999 may request additional documentation at any point to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

• You must provide your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account authentication and communication.
• You must promptly update your account details if any of your registered information changes. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account restrictions.
• 6v999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent, and to report such instances to the relevant authorities.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6v999 account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 6v999 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 6v999 customer support immediately.

Deposits

6v999 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Bangladesh players. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are displayed during the deposit process.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 6v999 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply fees or charges of their own, which are outside 6v999's control.
• Deposits are credited to your 6v999 account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases, bKash and Nagad deposits are credited instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in the same name as your registered account.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for accounts that have completed full KYC verification, although large withdrawals may require additional review.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for accounts with completed KYC. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. 6v999 does not charge a withdrawal fee on its side.
• 6v999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 6v999 will notify you via your registered contact details as soon as it is lawful to do so.

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 6v999 are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms below and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion will take precedence.

• Bonuses credited to your 6v999 account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Only one welcome bonus per player is permitted. 6v999 reserves the right to determine which bets count towards wagering requirements.
• 6v999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus has already been credited to an account, existing wagering requirements for that bonus will continue to apply.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing lay bets to guarantee a profit from a bonus, or otherwise exploiting a promotion — will have their bonus removed, their account closed, and any winnings forfeited.

Actions That Are Strictly Forbidden

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6v999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and winnings, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market offered on 6v999.
• Using the 6v999 platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or when contacting customer support.
• Registering or attempting to use the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or if you are a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the 6v999 platform without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of 6v999 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and legal action.

Scope of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6v999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 6v999 platform, even if 6v999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6v999 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors, interruptions, or security breaches. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows for which we will provide advance notice where practicable. In the event of a technical error affecting the outcome of a game or bet, 6v999 reserves the right to void the relevant transactions and refund the applicable stakes.

Changes to Terms

6v999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions, or bonus wagering requirements — we will provide reasonable advance notice by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying registered players via their registered contact details. Your continued use of the 6v999 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
